Salmon au gratin PDF Print E-mail

I've got a new hobby and three delighted fans.

Lately I started reading about food and that in turn has spawned an interest in cooking so I can eat as well as read about it. Today, I went out and bought a new chef's knife and then came home and made Salmão Gratinado. It was the first time that I prepared bechemel sauce so for about an hour I waited full of tension, unsure how my three hungry customers would react if the experiment turned out to be a fiasco. It, however, turned out very well as can be discerned from these before and after pictures.
